Will is a graduate of the prestigious Royal Veterinary College and joined the partnership in early 2015 to help Rich out as the practice became busier. Will has worked in various practices throughout the UK including mixed practice (cows/horses/sheep/cats/dogs) and small animal hospitals. Will's interest is in all aspects of veterinary medicine as well as being one of the few vets currently performing veterinary key-hole surgery.
Rich also graduated from the Royal Vet College and has also undertaken a Masters Degree in Clinical Oncology so he can provide a greater level of expertise particularly to animals suffering from cancer. Richard has recently returned from sabbatical in Latvia with his new born son Billy and his wife Sarah who was posted to the British Embassy in Riga as part of her work for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Advanced Surgical Procedures
Our visiting Advanced Practitioner James Creasey BVSc is able to offer advanced surgical techniques on site with out the need for referral to distant hospitals. This also helps to keep the costs down.
James performs various Cruciate Ligament repair techniques, with the complete package including the surgery, implants, post-op checks, Xrays and medications for £3500.
The premises have been converted to the highest standards with digital radiography, endoscopy, ultrasound, keyhole laparoscopy. Hygienic safety flooring, separate (walk-in) dog & cat kennels and dedicated sterile operating theatre.
Standards and Beliefs
Arc Vets is an independent veterinary practice established by Rich in 2011. We are not part of a corporate group or franchise and this provides us the freedom to operate the practice with our patients as top priority. We strongly believe that by placing the patient as top priortiy, making a living will inevitably follow.
Arc Vets work closely with the dog rescue charity All Dogs Matter, providing them with veterinary care, medicines and surgeries including neuterings.
Situated 50 yards from the steps to the Muswell Hill Parkland Walk - it's less like going to the vets and more like going for a nice walk! Plus we've have free of charge private parking right in front of the practice door.
Emergencies and Out of hours cover
Planning restrictions limit our hours of operation and as such we are unable to see patients at the surgery after 6pm. If your animal should become ill late at night or on a Sunday you will be directed to Vet24 a dedicated emergency service based at 11 Belsize Terrace, Hampstead, NW3 4AX. They can be contacted on 0870 8734576. You should make every attempt to phone them prior to your arrival as this will allow them to prepare for you and they may be able to offer telephone advice. We have taken great care in sourcing our out of hours provider and have every confidence that you will be well looked after here. When the Arc re-opens the following morning you can choose to continue your care at Vet24 or transfer your pet back to us here.
My precious 2 year old French bulldog Zeno was run over by a van about 30 metres from Arc Vet. By an absolute miracle, Will from Arc had witnessed the incident and instantly ran to Zeno, scooped him up and provided him immediately with oxygen and a drip. All his injuries were to his face and head which made it unclear on the internal damage that Zeno may have suffered. I know that Will and the teams immediate action and care had absolutely saved Zeno's life and prevented him from anything more serious than a split chin, and cuts to his head and mouth. I have had pets all my life and have visited plenty of veterinary practices. Since the incident, I now take Zeno to Arc Vet because they DID save his life and are by far the most friendly, caring, professional and highly skilled veterinary team I have ever come across.
I cannot thank Will and the Arc team enough!

"Have you ever seen a big male Greyhound look like a baby? Well, when we took our newly acquired greyhound to the Arc just to suss out Richard, we were delighted! Duke (the greyhound) was so free to check out the premises that he went upstairs…However being a kennel dog all his 6yr life, he hadn’t mastered stairs yet. Richard just picked him up and cradled him down the stairs with Duke (all 36Kg of him!) looking very trusting, relaxed and appreciative! He is definitely our vet of choice!"

"I highly recommend Richard and his team to any pet owner seeking an independent vet to care for their animal. Professional, practical advice without an outrageous bill at the end of it all and no hard sell on products or services. Just brilliant, old-fashioned, quality service!”
